Heart Attack Prevention Starts Now
Did you know that the leading
cause of death in the United States is heart attack? Most of those who
die suddenly of Heart Disease will have no " warning signs ". Whether
you are in your 20s and have no history of heart disease in your
family or in your 50s and wanting to take steps to avoid it, here are
seven ways to prevent having a heart attack. The source of ALL heart
disease is inflammation!
1. Take 2 pills of Standard Process Cyruta daily. Cyruta has been shown to clear plaque from all arteries within a 3 to 6 month period.
2. Add Lemon
Almost everyone has heart
disease. Heart disease is simply the accumulation of plaque in your

heart disease. It dissolves the calcium that binds plaque together.

acids like palm and coconut oil. One tablespoon of flax seed oil in cold
form each day is okay.
4. Eliminate ALL Bleached and Enriched Wheat Flour Out Of Your Life
These flours not only kill
your beta cells (insulin) , they make you fat by increasing the
production of triglycerides. The only grains you should be eating are
the ones that say 100% whole grains or sprouted grains.
5. Eat or Juice Fresh Fruits and/or Vegetables
Eat or juice at least 2 fruits and 2 vegetables a day.

By accepting Jesus into your

just say this small prayer. Dear Jesus I know you died on the cross for
my sins. I know accept your forgiveness and ask for you to be the lord
and savior of my life. That is it. You are now saved and your sins have
been washed away forever. Now make a list of all your fears and burdens
and ask for God to resolve them. Every time you start having fear about
something stop and say I now live by faith and God is going to resolve

HEART CARE MYTHS:
1. Eating low fat foods help keep arteries clear of plaque. Nothing can be further from the truth. The poly unsaturated fats in these low fat foods actually cause a large amount of inflammation to occur throughout the body. As all of us know inflammation is the cause of ALL heart disease.
Saturated fats have little to no inflammation effect on our bodies. Coconut oil is one of the best saturated fats we can eat because it completely bypasses the liver. Upon consumption it is immediately turned into ketones and can never be turned back into fat. The body uses it immediately for energy.
2. Lowering cholesterol with keep arteries from accumulating plaque. This is another whopper we have been told. Cholesterol never did and never will cause heart disease. ALL heart disease is caused from inflammation period. Soy can add to plaque build up due to the fibrins it creates in the blood stream. NEVER eat any kind of unfermented soy.
