1. Add Lemon

We go through this subject extensively in the heart section of our book. Lemon is your absolute best line of defense in heart disease. It dissolves the calcium that binds plaque together. Lemon sweeps away artery plaque. Squeeze one lemon in the morning 15 minutes before you eat. Add 1oz of fresh lemon juice to 8oz purified water. Sweeten to taste. Do this every morning for at least 1 month. Lemon juice does NOT cause acid. It is actually less acidic that your stomach acid. 2. STOP Eating Long Chain Fatty Acids

Long chain fatty acids include all vegetable oils. Also on the do not eat list are any hydrogenated oils, soy and canola oil. These oils will clog your arteries fast by creating inflammation. Add short to medium chain fatty acids like palm and coconut oil. One tablespoon of flax seed oil in cold form each day is okay.

3. Eliminate ALL Bleached and Enriched Wheat Flour Out Of Your Life

These flours not only kill your beta cells (insulin) , they make you fat by increasing the production of triglycerides. The only grains you should be eating are the ones that say 100% whole grains or sprouted grains.

4. Eat or Juice Fresh Fruits and/or Vegetables

Eat or juice at least 2 fruits and 2 vegetables a day.

I know accept your forgiveness and ask for you to be the lord and savior of my life. That is it. You are now saved and your sins have been washed away forever. Now make a list of all your fears and burdens and ask for God to resolve them. HEART CARE MYTHS:

1. Eating low fat foods help keep arteries clear of plaque. Nothing can be further from the truth. The poly unsaturated fats in these low fat foods actually cause a large amount of inflammation to occur throughout the body. As all of us know inflammation is the cause of ALL heart disease.

Saturated fats have little to no inflammation effect on our bodies. Coconut oil is one of the best saturated fats we can eat because it completely bypasses the liver. Upon consumption it is immediately turned into ketones and can never be turned back into fat. The body uses it immediately for energy.  

2. Lowering cholesterol with keep arteries from accumulating plaque. This is another whopper we have been told. Cholesterol never did and never will cause heart disease. ALL heart disease is caused from inflammation period. Soy can add to plaque build up due to the fibrins it creates in the blood stream. NEVER eat any kind of unfermented soy.
