Vitamin D3 Connection to Diabetes

Vitamin D3 / K2 is an essential vitamin for everyone.

By taking a minimum of amount of 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 with K2 each day you can prevent diabetes, autoimmune disease and all types of viruses.

90% of the world's population is deficient in Vitamin D. Why?

1. Dark skin. Dark skin people can not absorb the vitamin D they need from the sun. Their melatonin blocks it.

2. Current recommended doses keep blood levels below 20ng/ml exposing us to disease.

3. Most people do not get 30 minutes of sun on the majority of their skin without sunscreen each day.

4. Getting older. As we age our Vitamin D storage depletes

How does Vitamin D3 keep me from contracting diseases and viruses?
By taking the correct dosage of Vitamin D3 each day your blood levels will rise to a minimum of 40ng/ml. Optimal levels are between 50 and 60ng/ml

Vitamin D increases Defensins and Cathelicidins. That means it is a natural broad spectrum antiviral and antibiotic in the body. It is effective against ALL enveloped and non-enveloped viruses!

The dosage for children and pets is 1,000 IU for very 10lbs of weight.

What's the best time and way to take Vitamin D3 with K2? The best time is in the morning with breakfast or something with fat in it. Fat assists with the absorption of Vitamin D3 and K2

How do I keep from getting Covid-19? Is this a cure for Covid-19?

If you have tested positive or you have symptoms of Covid-19, your dose will be 60,000 IU for 3 days then no Vitamin D3 for 2 weeks

This is called the hammer. It will effectively remove the virus out of your body. After 2 weeks you will continue taking between 10,000 IU and 15,000 IU's of Vitamin D3 each day for the rest of your life. Maintenance dosage is 1000 IU's for every 10lbs of body weight every day.

If Children or pets have Covid-19 or have symptoms, give 4 times the normal dosage for 3 days, then stop for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks resume normal dosage amount of 1,000iu's each day. Vitamin D3 and K2 can also be given to pets using the children's dosage amounts.

A minimum of 40ng/ml of Vitamin D in the blood or above prevents the coronavirus from attaching to the Ace2 receptor effectively nullifying the effects of the virus. The virus is then safely eliminated out of the body.

100% of those contracting ARDS Acute Resiratory Distress Syndrom had Vitamin D levels of 20ng/ml or below.

Question: I have been told that taking too much Vitamin D can be dangerous.
Is that true? Yes, If you were taking 100,000 IU for an extended period of time. Your blood levels could approach 150ng/ml which could be dangerous.

The previously outlined recommendations will bring blood levels to between 40 and 80ng/ml which are completely safe and necessary for optimal health and wellness. Source: The Noael - No adverse effects
